Never usually an issue but got a text at 7:05 to say food was out for delivery did not receive this until just before 8 o’clock when I live not far down the road driver forgot my drinks but did bring the back quite quickly but chips tasted stale as if they’d be left out for a good while, chicken was barely warm

Terrible!!!!An incomplete order was delivered, phoned the chicken shack contact number, he initially argued about my order details, and soon said they will deliver the missing item asap...nothing was delivered till now. Not very happy
